Manufactured CRISIS and the loss of HOPE.

I think that the reason for more violence and suicides, especially in young people, is because out government and media have conspired to kill all HOPE!

One CRISIS after another – environment disasters, financial disasters, health risks/disasters, weather disasters, wars and so on. This seems to be a great way to CONTROL the masses, keep them in or at near hysteria, don’t let them relax. People who are being controlled this way will:

1. Jump on the bandwagon of the current CRISIS wave the banners and yell for action.
2. Go on with their lives and try not to let the CRISIS change them.
3. Give up and find some escape, drugs, alcohol, or some faster form of suicide.
4. Succumb to mental illness and make mass killing a way to get back CONTROL.

As I said, this is all about CONTROL. The media keeps things in a state of CRISIS to sell their papers or programs. The politicians use CRISIS to manipulate the media and the public to do what they want. Business has always done this – the whole idea of most SALES is a CRISIS – “it is the end of the year” CRISIS – buy our stuff! Even the churches use CRISIS to manipulate – “You are going to hell!” – CRISIS. It is a very old form of mass CONTROL and manipulation. What the problem is now, with 24/7 news and the internet, it has become so rampant that HOPE has become the primary victim.

Since the death of HOPE is what leads to more mass killings, alcohol/drug abuse and suicides what can we do? There is only one source of HOPE and that is the Blessed Hope found in the Bible. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 ESV) God sent his son to die for us so we could have HOPE! We need to stop falling for the world’s CRISIS oriented way of living and live in the PEACE that passes all understanding that only comes from trusting in Jesus Christ.
